July 4th pictures.....

So here are our 4th of July pics. We went to the in laws to swim and then we headed over to my brother and sister in laws (old) house to watch the fireworks. Fun stuff and the pool was great on such a hot day!

Sorry for the crooked picture, but here is Leah showing off at the pool! Nice handstand!

Pre-show off (still crooked, sorry).

This is what happens when I say "Gee smile."

Trying to dry off before the big fireworks! Oh and I have to note that this is probably the last year we will be swimming in this pool. Ryan's mom and dad will be moving soon to their new house. No pool there, but a beautiful pond!

Two of my super cute nieces. Lucy (the little blondie) is 3 1/2 months younger than Asher. She was so funny because she hated the grass and she would just sit their and hold her left foot up. It was even funnier when she tried to crawl in the grass. Naomi is Jason and Jami's baby. She was two in April and is getting quite the personality!

My little stud showing his pearly whites (he seriously has pretty teeth).

Lucy and Asher checking each other out. Lucy was so not impressed with him. He ended up taking her sunblock tube (the thing in her mouth) right out of her hand..... He is not going to be making friends real quick like that.

Jason set up a slip and slide for the kids. They loved it. He even set a bigger one up for the adults and guess who were the only two adults to try it out? Yes sir, my dear hubby and I. We rock!

Coleson was getting ready to give Truett a kiss right here.

Asher getting some mama love.

Adam and Emily's cute little family.

The sparklers were a big hit. (Except for with Katelyn, she burnt her finger on one).

Part of the crew getting ready to watch the fireworks.

I think Gideon looks very perplexed by the sparkler in this picture. He had fun with them though. I thought he'd be too scared of them, but he did great!

The 3 little guys were so tuckered out they didn't even make it home (less than 10 minutes away).

It really was a good 4th!

Psalms 10:14, 17-18

"You are the helper of the fatherless.  LORD, You have heard the desire of the humble; You will prepare their heart; You will cause Your ear to hear, To do justice to the fatherless and the oppressed, That the man of the earth may oppress no more."
